Ile a la Crosse Friendship Centre

About the Centre

The Ile a la Crosse Friendship Centre was incorporated in 1980 and is situated in Ile a la Crosse, Saskatchewan. The Executive Director of the centre is Myra Malboeuf.  In the past year, the Ile-a-la-Crosse Friendship Centre and the community have been seeing a lot of growth. The growth includes a new Youth Centre (as seen above), a new Friendship Centre, and the conversion of their old Centre into a new swimming pool/ fitness centre. Ile-a-la-Crosse is a prime example of how powerful community support can influence new initiatives.
